“ The staff is highly unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I was treated very poorly from the moment I walked in. The communication was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable by femal receptionist . Instead of making customers feel welcome, the environment felt uncomfortable and unfriendly. Concerns were not handled properly, and there was no effort to resolve issues respectfully. When you pay for a service, you expect professionalism and courtesy — neither of which were present here. I would absolutely not recommend this place. There are far better salons that actually value and respect their customers. I would also report this to customer court for mistreating clients. ”

The way she spoke to clients was disrespectful and completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. When customers are paying for a service, they deserve respect and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this salon fails in that regard. The service quality and customer treatment were both very poor. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers. ”
